Alla May is a London-based screenwriter, creative producer, and founder of Cross Border Films.
She previously held senior development roles at Evil Doghouse, MediaCo and Amedia (part of the Access Entertainment group), working across international projects and acclaimed series including The Moon, Eve Is Gone and Battle. She also created and commissioned the series Rails for Endemol Shine in Russia.
After years shaping stories behind the scenes, Alla launched her own creative path as a screenwriter and executive producer, founding Cross Border Films to develop original stories with international ambition and cultural depth.
Alla holds a Master’s degree in Screenwriting (with Distinction) from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a BA in Documentary Journalism (Dean’s List) from LIU in New York City.
Snejana Barteneva is a multidisciplinary artist, creative director and founder of Bodo Studio. She has developed over 300 projects across brand campaigns, editorial productions and art-driven collaborations, working with luxury brands and cultural institutions.
Her work focuses on visual storytelling and brand positioning, combining cinematic language with clear creative direction and a consistent visual identity.
Snejana studied at Le Fresnoy — Studio national des arts contemporains in France, and further developed her expertise through international programs at Sotheby’s Institute of Art and Christie’s Education.
Her practice brings together artistic practice, creative direction, film direction and strategic thinking to develop projects that strengthen brand value and long-term positioning.
Daria Aleksatkina has built her career across international luxury and hospitality industries, with experience at global brands including Cartier and Booking.com.
Her work across diverse markets has shaped a strong understanding of premium customer experience, operations, and brand communication.
She brings a structured and strategic approach to managing creative and operational processes, combining her international experience with strong organisational and communication skills.
Olga Paraskevova was founder of a neuromarketing agency focused on visual communication and commercials. Olga has always been drawn to compelling imagery and storytelling.
She later studied filmmaking at the London Film Academy, bringing together strategic insight and creative passion in her work.
